Sales - Marketing Executive

    - Establishes annually sales plan and strategy to expand customer base and presents to Board of Directors.
    - Organizes and executes sales plans as approved by Board of Directors for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
    - Responsible for the development of approved plans to sales team; prepares action plans by individuals as well as  by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
    - Plans customer care; confer with (potential) customer and advise customer on types of products/services to purchase; directs and trains such plan to sales team.
    - Researches market and analyzes competitors; initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets; 
    - Coordinates with related departments to establish processes for sales activities according to MBO porgram approved by Board of Directors; develops such processes to sales staff to execute.
    - Performs other relevant duties as directed by the BOD.

    Experience: 
    • University and above (prefer Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent)
    • Fluent in English
    • 5 years of experiences in sales management, building and interior decorations preferred.
    Skill:
    • Understanding drawings; good organization and arrangement of work.
    • Ability to persuade and negotiate with others.
    • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team.
    • Ability to assess value of products/services on dealing with customer.
    Qualification:
    • Honest and be responsible with one’s behavior and actions.
    • Good looking, tidiness.
